ONE STATION LEGDAY🔥➡️🍑 I only managed to conquer one hour in the gym today😆 since COVID it’s almost undoable to book a gym sesh. So here’s my workout you can do in less than an hour on *only the smith machine👏🏽.

1️⃣Superset: 3 rounds of➡️ 20 squats + 10 lunge step ups (each leg 10 reps).
2️⃣ Superset: 3 rounds of➡️ 15 Stiff legged deadlifts + 10 single leg deadlifts (each leg 10 reps).
3️⃣ 20 donkey kickbacks (each leg 20). Repeat x4 or 3 sets.
