1️⃣One legged deadlift 4 sets - 12 reps.
2️⃣Hip Trusts + finish with a pulse. 4 sets - 15 reps.
3️⃣ Goblet squat 4 sets - 12 reps.
4️⃣ Steady side to side lunge 4 sets - 16 reps.
5️⃣ Squat kneel down up to feet 4 sets - 20 reps.
