WARM SPICED PUMPKIN / serves 2⁠
2 cups (500mL) spinach⁠
2 cups (500mL) almond milk⁠
2 ripe pears, cored⁠
1/2 cup (126mL) pumpkin puree⁠
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon⁠
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg⁠
2 tablespoons almond butter⁠

1. Warm almond milk in a saucepan until steaming.⁠
2. Place spinach and warm almond milk in blender. Puree until smooth.⁠
3. Add remaining ingredients and blend again.⁠
4. Divide between two glasses or jar. Enjoy!⁠
