Weeks of campus progression.

Campusing, for me, is a crucial part of training because it improves my contact strength as well as my power. The shitty thing is that if I don’t do it, I lose it 😭. And, until recently, I hadn’t done it since I hurt my shoulder 3 years ago.

The first video is the most recent with the last video being one of my first sessions back on the board. I am certainly not that close to my strongest (past) abilities on the board, but I have been really enjoying the process of developing power and confidence again.

It’s important to celebrate the small victories and TBH I’m loving this process of owning exactly where I am.
