You guys asked for this yesterday!
If you can do ☝🏼ONE push-up but you want to be able to do more push-ups here’s 3 variations that will help you get stronger at your push-ups so you can do more! 👍🏼

1. TOES TO KNEES : lower down on your toes and drop to your knees at the bottom and press up.

2. ELEVATED BAND PUSH UP: elevate your hands and put a band around your back to add some resistance

3. SINGLE ARM ELEVATED KNEE PUSH UP: elevate one hand on a ball or box and perform a push up! Make sure you switch!
