KETTLEBELL LEG DAY 🍑🔥

Get excited because it is the best day of the week! LEG DAY! Today we are adding Kettlebells for some additional resistance (and to GET THOSE GAINS!). I am using 8kg Kettlebells but you can use dumbbells or get creative with other weighted objects as a substitute. Give this workout some love and save it for later!

WORKOUT

4 SETS

20 reps Side Lunge w/ Deadlift Combo
10 reps Single Leg RDL (each leg)
20 reps Sumo Squat Pulse
20 reps Alternating Lunges
15 reps Goblet Squats
