Maybe beyond those floating clouds,
On a meadow,
Under the glowing peak,
We will lay down and dream,
About the life the way it is,
Neither an addition,
Nor anything taken away from it,
Just dream about the days when we'd walk
Up the slope,
To a tiny village perched there,
Living in a cottage there,
Away from everyone we know,
A little closer to ourselves,
And when the blue skies would turn into starry nights,
We will sit by the window staring at the stars,
Counting them all,
And you can keep half of them my love,
While other half I'll keep,
As a memory of you.

So one day when I return,
And stare back at those mountains,
I could find a part of me,
Still sitting on those cliffs,
Holding your hand,
And recounting another tale from these mountains,
To ensure you'd sit beside me,
For a few more hours.

Under the glowing peaks,
On those meadows,
Somewhere there...
