I think happiness is there, it’s neither created nor destroyed, and all we do is begin to ignore it for far lesser things, turning them into demons bigger than they are.

But happiness is there, waiting for you, changing colours with the sunset, sleeping in the grasslands, or just playing football with a kid across the field, and all you’ve to do is pause, forget about your demons and just stare at the world around you.

You’ll smile, after a moment you will, as you begin to remember that all this has always been there, simplicity of life is always there for you to observe.

So just go out, and stare at the world sometimes.
