Why do we travel in the mountains?

Why do we take the more difficult roads without much knowledge about the destination ahead

Why do we climb up those treacherous trails, tired and wishing for comfort

Why do we just continue moving, What is there to be found

Why do we let every scary thought in our mind take a back seat

Why is it that our heart keeps clinging on to the hope that better lays ahead for us

Why does our mind continue creating these visions of heaven,
That lay ahead

Why is it that Shangrila is not a story of us,
But somewhere we think it’s real

And we know beyond the next turn on these mountains,
Waiting for us in all its glory

Making us leave once again,
For one more adventure,
For one more chanfce.
