They weren’t allowing any modifications on the breakfast menu so this is how I portioned my plate and made my substitutes!

Coffee: instead of cream and sugar try a non-dairy option like almond milk and add one packet of brown sugar for portion control

Eggs: yes, the yolk is fine and actually GOOD FOR YOU since it contains all the nutrients in the egg!

Bacon: who doesn’t love bacon?! This is my vice so I have it but just watch how MUCH of it I allow myself to have!

Hashbrowns: we need carbs but this fried and oily version of the potato isn’t the best option 😝 opt for fresh fruit for your breakfast carb instead!
