Here are some extremely common mistakes people make when doing crunches, planks and leg raises!

When it comes to training abs (as well as almost everything else) it’s about QUALITY reps not quantity! If you can do 500 crunches you’re likely doing them incorrectly!
.
Pleaseeee keep in mind that a strong core is the foundation of SO many movements so it’s important to train BUT you WILL NEVER see your abs if you have a layer of fat over them. In order to get your abs to show you have to lower your overall body fat percentage through CONSISTENT diet and training!
