70% of you said you were still training from home on my story yesterday! That being said I’ll keep these ‘anywhere’ workouts flowing for ya! Friday is usually my last workout of the week so I love to incorporate full body workouts mixed with a little HIIT before the weekend! Save for later and enjoy! 😅

Slide 1: Single leg dead lift with row x 12 reps each leg
Slide 2: Squat to Lateral Raise x 1 min
Slide 3: Reverse lunge to Squat jump x 12 reps each leg
Slide 4: Alternating single leg hop to burpee x 1 min
.
Repeat for 5 rounds and you’re done for the day!
