Photo by @Tim Laman. Comet NEOWISE over Walden Pond, Concord, Massachusetts, shot earlier this evening, July 21. Pretty cool to see this celestial traveler visible over one of my favorite local haunts. It’s a unique addition to my personal project photographing at Walden Pond. HDT would have enjoyed this! If you haven’t seen it, it is worth the effort, and on a relatively clear night like tonight, was visible even this close to Boston where the sky is not especially dark. You can see it with the naked eye, but binoculars help a lot. 4 sec exposure at ISO1600, f2.0, 28mm lens. #comet #NEOWISE #WaldenPond #Massachusetts #HDT
