Photos by @tommy.heinrich // Tuya-Sun Danyar, Abidist and Mamiya Danyar, live in the remote village of Illik. With their wind burnt cheeks, friendly and playful, simple and rugged, in harmony with the desert and natural environment they live in. As all kids in the village, they interact with the Bactrian camels since birth. Many times their size, they are always seen together as if they were their pets, confident and relaxed. Patiently waiting, while their family members prepare the camel caravan that took us to K-2’s North side base camp. On assignment @ナショナルジオグラフィック for the expedition led by @ralfdujmovits @pyhrgas.

Tuya-Sun Danyar, Abidist y Mamiya Danyar, viven en la remota villa de Ilik. Con sus mejillas quemadas por el viento, amistosos y juguetones, simples y resistentes, viven en armonia con el desierto y el entorno natural que los rodea. Como todos los chicos en la villa, interactuan desde su nacimiento con los camellos bactrianos. Varias veces su tamaño se los ve siempre juntos como si fueran mascotas, con confianza y relajados, esperando pacientes mientras su familia prepara la caravana de camellos que nos llevaria al campo base del monte K-2. Contratado por @ナショナルジオグラフィック para la expedicion al Monte K2 liderada por @ralfdujmovits y @pyhrgas.
