Bear Crawl Tips!

Bear crawls are a GREAT full body exercise and there’s so many fun variations! The most important thing is to make sure you get your form right on the basic move before trying to add in some fancy variations.

Remember to always keep your core engaged and BREATHE! Try not to look down at your feet - keep a neutral spine.

Remember to be mentally aware of how this feels - what muscles are burning? Does anything hurt?
