Today’s workout-
3 sets of each as many reps as possible.
1️⃣ CHEST- Slider push-ups.
2️⃣ SHOULDERS- Handstands push-ups
3️⃣ Back - 1 1/4 reps pulls ups
4️⃣ Triceps - elevated skull crushers
5️⃣ Biceps - Trx (or bar) curls
6️⃣ Quads - Pistol Squat
7️⃣ Hamstrings - Nordic drops
