Chesticles! If your chest is in need of some growth try this workout. My front Delt tends to “take over” on the compound exercises when training chest. Utilizing different grips and bar paths to target the chest rather than just go through the motions.

1️⃣Swiss bar (notice the grip)-12,10,8,6.
2️⃣Decline DB press: 10,8,6
3️⃣Low to high cable cross over-12,12,12 drop-set failure.
4️⃣Cook/Willis press: 7,7,7
