- Always include a overhead movement
- Good stretch = better contraction.
- keep elbows in fixed position.
- finish each movement with a twist ————————————————
1. DB skull crushers: 2 sets x 6-8 reps
2. DB weighted Bench dips 2 x 10-12 reps
3. DB French press: 2 x 10
4. DB tricep kick back 2x 12
