FULL BODY RESISTANCE BAND WORKOUT
As requested, a full body workout using only a resistance band.
Today I am using a medium resistance band for this workout but you can easily change the difficulty level by choosing a lighter or heavier resistance band.

This full body workout is a mixture of cardio and resistance training. It will get your heart rate up and target all of your main muscle groups.
⠀⠀⠀
✅Push-Up - 10 reps
✅X Mountain Climber - 20 reps (10 per side)
✅Bicep Curl - 15 reps
✅Tricep Extension - 15 reps
✅Bent-Over Row - 15 reps
✅Glute Bridge - 15 reps
✅Deadlift - 15 reps

Set a timer for 15 minutes and complete as many laps as possible!
