Kryptonite.

A few days before my 30th birthday, I got to watch @マーゴ・ヘイズ take down this beauty of a line (considered America's first 5.14d) with style and grace. A few days after my birthday, I wiggled my way to the top using much of Margo's beta (thanks girl!)

@トミー・コールドウェル made the first ascent of Kryptonite in 1999, after he and his Dad, Mike, bolted the futuristic line. That was the year I started climbing ❤. A number of years later, Mike became one of my coaches on the Estes Park youth climbing team. Tommy established many of my favorite routes in Colorado - that TC mark always means ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.
