Saghar Setarehさんのインスタグラム写真 - (Saghar SetarehInstagram)「Current dinner situation at home, very much inspired by @gill.meller , but prepared with what I had at hand, which wasn't much really. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Grilled endive head (nothings says summer like the smokey bittersweet taste of charred veg), almost soft-boiled eggs (remember 6.30, not 7 min), and a sauce made of two anchovy fillets, a small garlic clove, 1 tsp of mustard, a generous drizzle of olive oil, a dollop of yogurt, a squeeze of lemon juice and handful mint and basil leaves, which was a lot less than I wanted. The marriage of flavors is perfect, the salty depth of anchovies penetrates between the layers of charred endive, the freshness of herbs and lemon juice cuts through the fattiness of the yolks. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ From my little metropolitan balcony, dreaming of an open garden, loaded with fresh summer veg and herbs to harvest, possibly not far from the beach, or maybe with a pool.
