When people fail to achieve perfection, it can make them feel demotivated and lose confidence. Life is about balance and aiming for perfection is just not sustainable. So instead, set REALISTIC goals, be kind to yourself and know that sometimes, life gets in the way and you might not be able to get your workout done! This does not mean you are a failure or are not trying hard enough!⁣ ⁣ If you miss a workout one day, for whatever reason, I don't want you to let this ruin your training for the rest of the week. I often hear that when people miss a workout they "write off" the rest of the week because they're disappointed in themselves and lose motivation. They say "oh well, I'll start again next week". I do NOT want this to be you. I want you to get up the next day, and get back to your normal routine (if you can).⁣ ⁣ If you are missing workouts because you feel like you don't have enough time in your day, try the 15-minute express workouts that we have included in the challenge.
