Week 2 of the #SWEATchallenge: DONE. ✅ Shout out to the #BBGcommunity for smashing your workouts this week! 💪

Often starting a new challenge will give you a burst of motivation, you're excited to achieve a new goal and you're finding your new routine fun. So, you may have found it easy to stay motivated for your workouts so far. This burst of motivation is SO good to help you get started. BUT, it's at this point (2-3 weeks in) that I notice that some of you ladies start to find it hard to be as excited for your workouts and stay disciplined enough to get them done. Does this sound familiar to you?

It's important that you now focus on STAYING motivated for the rest of the challenge. One of the ways you can do this is to remember your "WHY". Your "why" is the reason that you started this challenge to begin with.
⠀⠀⠀
So, #BBGcommunity, what is your "WHY?". Do you want to become stronger and more confident? Do you want to make connections with women from around the world? Do you want to create healthy habits that last long term?

If you get tempted to skip your workout, or feel like giving up, I encourage you to remember your "why". I want you to think about it every time you feel yourself losing motivation.
