✅Burpee & Tuck Jump - 10 reps
✅Clap Push-Up - 10 reps
✅Reverse Lunge & Hop - 20 reps (10 per side)
✅Jump Squat - 10 reps
✅Broad Jump - 10 reps

I wouldn't use all of these in one circuit! I would ADD some of these moves into my workouts!! .... I mean you can.... but you're going to be very tired hahaha.
