My 6 week challenge has new and exclusive workouts that are customised to suit you and your current fitness level. I don’t want you to worry about a THING, I got you!

So, when do you workout?
You can find a suggested weekly schedule in the planner on the @SWEAT app or you can also change the workouts around to suit your lifestyle if you want to! The choice is yours.

This is how I am planning my week during the challenge, and you can do the same:
⠀⠀⠀
✅ MONDAY: Full body
✅ TUESDAY: LISS walk 30 minutes
✅ WEDNESDAY: Upper Body + express abs
✅ THURSDAY: LISS walk 30 minutes
✅ FRIDAY: Lower body + express legs
✅ SATURDAY: LISS walk 30 minutes + Abs and cardio
✅ SUNDAY: Rest and Recovery session
