#BBGprogress @lella.fit progress using my #BBG program! This MUM OF FIVE is INCREDIBLE and it’s such a honour to have her as part of our #BBGcommunity.
She says: “What was it like for me at the start? I did 1lap of a BBG circuit in the 7mins. I paused often. I modified every single exercise for at least the first 12weeks. I would take breaks after doing 4-5 wall pushups. I couldn't plank on my knees. I couldn't jump. I couldn't burpee. Simply. Could. Not.
How did I keep going? ...umm why would I stop? The fact it was SO hard was exactly why it was so needed. The fact my body was so broken was exactly the reason I needed to fix it. There was no upside to quitting, for sitting sad & disappointed in myself on the lounge, 1 day further away from results...
Now she does 3-4laps, with added weight. Sore, tired & having done her best. She walks at her old run pace & she is a marathoner.
She was me, she is me.
I'm so grateful for her & I'm her biggest fan. All because she started where she was at & kept going.”
