#BBGcomunity, I know that some days it's hard to stay motivated. Some days we feel like giving up.
Self care is all about being disciplined and showing up for yourself, even on those days.
Self care is about doing something that your future self will thank you for, even if you don't feel like doing it at the time.
I get it, sometimes exercise is the LAST thing that you want to do... but staying active has so many benefits to our physical, mental and emotional health that it's SO important to make it a priority if you can.
