I miss my family and have this nagging feeling that they are missing out on Gunnars whole life. I am itching to travel and surf and all the things and its consumed me that I feel like I need to be somewhere else doing something different. . . As I was rolling around with Gunnar on my lap I just felt a deep sense of gratitude for that moment. Just me and him doing our everyday things. I’m so grateful for him and @roytuscany. . These past three months have been simple and easy and really complex and scary and hard at the same time. There’s so much pain and heartache taking place right now. It’s overwhelming. . So I stopped and took a breath and took a picture to celebrate the normal simple beauty in another day I get to be alive. Not everyone got to live today. . . This is all we have, this is as good as it gets. I had to remind myself to stay here, stay present, love this time right now as it is.
