We’d probably go for a walk around the block to our favorite spot and you’d probably tell some off the wall jokes and make me and Julie and Josie have a laugh attack. And then we’d walk home. . . It’d probably be a pretty simple day... maybe even kinda lame for a 40th birthday but I’d give anything to be bored with you again. . . You would have gotten to meet @roytuscany and you two would have gotten along like brothers. And Gunnar would be there... God, you would make him laugh so hard. . . None of that happened today because your life was cut short at 29 years old due to gun violence. . . This Memorial Day, I join the many people grieving the loss of their loved ones... the heartache never goes away but the memories I have are just as sweet as they have always been and they bring a smile to my face when I remember them. . .
