It’s ok to gain some weight and not be 100% on your routine YOU’RE ALLOWED TO BE HUMAN. As long as you pick yourself back up and do what makes you feel good mentally and makes you happy you can’t go wrong! - - It’s pretty crazy because I started back on my routine last Monday! Did 5x weight training, 6x cardio and my nutrition was on point besides Sunday! I actually started at 123 Monday and woke up this morning at 125.1!😬 With increased training volume, muscles store more glycogen. So my weight won’t immediately decrease or may even go up! So don’t be discouraged especially if you are new to weight training and eating based on your MACROS. Trust the process and have fun! - - PRO TIP: If you slip up one day don’t beat yourself up and drop off! Pick up the next day right where you left off!
