Perform this exercise for CIRCUIT do one of each exercise for 3 rounds only taking a 2-3 min rest in between rounds. For a STANDARD workout do each exercise for 3 rounds with 30-60 second rests in between sets. Do 3 sets for 10-15 reps (depending on level of fitness).
