These pictures are 4 years apart and a 13 pound difference in the same bikini. I wanted to let you all know that it doesn’t matter how you look. It’s how you feel inside and how you accept yourself regardless of what society/social media says. We all go through chapters in our lives and we must embrace them all. -

Personally I feel content with where my body is at now and I know I have the knowledge and discipline to shed the weight off. But for now I’m just riding it out and it feels damn good to be FREE of my “normal” look and accept myself for all the shapes and sizes I go through!😭

As a woman feeling ashamed of how we look is not talked about because nobody wants to talk about it. But I feel the more openly we talk about it the more we will be not be ashamed of the chapters we go through in life. -
