IDK where all this came from I guess I’m sick of seeing so many “fitness influencers” say they got their physique because they took a certain supplement or because of their workouts!🤣 Like NO a huge part of it now a days is SURGERY for women and A LOT OF DRUGS that no one talks about! We live in a world where even when it comes to promoting health it’s ALL SHORT CUTS AND ABOUT THE MONEY. -
