We are on our road to recovery with the both of them! It’s def tested me on so many levels! 😭❤️🙏🏼 - It’s been a emotional roller coaster for me and it’s why I’ve been MIA. I feel my life just went on hold for several weeks because 2 of the most important things in my life needed me. My workouts/nutrition haven’t been the best but hey that’s life!🙏🏼 Slowly but surely starting to get back to work and to the gym but it’s not the easiest. - - I’m so extremely grateful for my FAMILY, FRIENDS & HEALTH this year! Also open enrollment starts TOMORROW for my NEW YEARS 6 WEEKS CHALLENGE! - - Thanks to everyone for being so patient and understanding in this trying time for Chris and I it truly means the world!
