It feels so good to get in the gym and hit my macros daily and it not being because I’m “on prep”. My love for lifting has come back for YEARS I’ve been trying to find a “balance”. I hadn’t realized that every time I’ve leaned out or tried to look “good” was ONLY because I was on prep. I’ve realized that I’ve never tried to “look good” for myself and myself only. Feel’s good to feel motivated and know I’m doing it for me because it’s always been for getting “judged” on stage. Like do I look lean enough? Do I look good enough?
