Arna LOVES avocado and homemade guacamole is one of our favourite snacks right now. It's so easy to make and I love that I can share it with her. ⁣
⁣
To make it, all I do you need is: ⁣
✅ 1-2 avocados 🥑 ⁣
✅ A squeeze of lime juice⁣
✅ 1/2 a red onion, finely chopped⁣
✅ 1/2 a tomato, diced⁣
✅ A handful of coriander (or cilantro), finely chopped⁣
✅ Salt, pepper and chilli (I leave these out for Arna's serve)⁣
⁣
Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mash it all together until you get the consistency you like. If you don't have any of these ingredients that's fine, you can pretty much add whatever you like! ⁣
⁣
I eat mine with cut up vegetable sticks, and Arna eats hers with baby biscuits. ⁣
⁣
