30 Minute Upper Body Workout 💪🏼
This is the exact workout I did last week for my upper body - I’m loving timed circuits to get maximum work in minimum time 💦 Because who wants to be training for an hour when it’s so sunny outside 🤩☀️
➡️ Single Arnold to Shoulder Press
➡️ Single Arnold to Shoulder Press
➡️ Bridge & Press
➡️ Alternating Underhand Row
➡️ Overhead Tricep Extensions
➡️ Eccentric Push Ups
Go for 45 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest and 5 rounds back to back. It’s a spicy little sesh and your arms will be jelly by the end 🥵
