So don’t! Focus on something you CAN control instead, your mindset, health and fitness - smile, breathe, pour yourself a hot cup of fresh lemon and root ginger (it’s good for the immune system along with other daily liquids 💦) and take a moment to cycle, walk, run, squat or stretch, I promise you’ll feel far calmer and at peace in your day.
