I’m fortunate to love cooking for my family, I enjoy experimenting with recipes and being a nutrition advisor I understand the importance of taking care of the body from the inside out. I know a lot of people will be feeling home sick right now, separated from loved ones and missing home cooked meals - I adore my mums lentil and courgette curries, but can never make them like she does! Please know that we are today already one step closer to freedom, to our families and to a grand reunion meal where I can guarantee everyone arrives on time, no phones will be at the table and every drop of food, word of conversation and hug with loved ones will be wholeheartedly cherished and genuine.
