Change is something we often fear, feel concerned about and delay, if not prevent, because we’re such crazy creatures of routine. Bizarrely we will STAY in unhealthy relationships, dead end jobs, unhappy homes and meaningless lives because change and the unknown seems so impossible in comparison! I’ve been through such major change at a very young age, change that I fought so hard for so long to resist, but change came that thankfully transformed my life - it gave me self confidence and self acceptance, a successful career, true love, self worth, strength and enthusiasm for life and all that I do. We have all just been through the most monumental change right now with the whole world in quarantine - proof that you CAN live differently to what you know! Now I urge you to take this opportunity of eventual freedom and use it to make positive changes to your life - change your job for a career, a relationship with somebody who uses you for somebody who adores you, an unhealthy eating habit for good food and exercise, move away to the country, study that course you’ve always been interested in, find your cause and feed your soul!
