BEGINNER LEG WORKOUT!
1. STEP UP: 10 REPS EACH LEG (Get your whole foot on the bench or chair. Press up through your heel and control yourself coming down.) 2. SQUAT: 12 REPS (Sit back into a chair and stay in your heels. You should push your hips back and lead up with your chest.) 3. SINGLE LEG SLD: 12 REPS EACH SIDE (Do NOT lock out your knee. Keep your back flat and push your hip back. Hold on to something for balance and try staring at something on the ground to help with balance.
