Bucket list: shark diving 🦈✔️

So here's what I found out today:
Last year 5 sharks killed humans, but 100 million sharks were killed by humans. We fear them because of how they're portrayed in movies etc, but I wonder who is the biggest threat?
Rock salmon doesn't actually exist... If you see it on a menu, it's probably shark.
Sharks are endangered and both they and the ocean needs us to respect them. This kind of eco-tourism (cage diving) funds marine biologists to help their research and continue to support them.
It was an amazing experience, but as a scuba diver, I definitely feel like I'd have enjoyed it more with diving equipment and without the cages. That said, I'm happy to have ticked it off the bucket list, even if there were no Great Whites. 🤿🌊
