Ashley Jamesさんのインスタグラム写真 - (Ashley JamesInstagram)「Well, I had the most magical day ever wine tasting in a few different places around Franschhoek and Stellenbosh today, and it was even more amazing because I appreciated every sip and didn't lose control. 🍷 A few of you know and have been asking me about the Alcohol Experiment I did, which saw me give up alcohol for 30 days. So it's a book by Annie Grace (@thisnakedmind) and i downloaded it as an audiobook, which I'd recommend doing. You listen to a different chapter every day, and it's honestly changed my life. I had always said i was going to give up drinking for a bit before this, but never had the willpower (which made me worry about my dependency on alcohol even more). I did it for the full 30 days, even surviving an italian wedding and various other social gatherings and DJ gigs. I worried I drank too much and used it as a cure for my anxiety, and also worried about the amounts i was drinking and inability to stop once I'd had one. I actually thought i might never drink again, but now I've completed the experiment I've got a new and healthy relationship with it and can enjoy it in moderation. Alcohol is so engrained into our culture, so I'm really proud of myself for sticking with the experiment and learning how to socialise without it. also so much respect for all the tee-totallers out there! ❤️ Loved the wine tasting experience so so much, especially for all the above reasons. And I really recommend the audiobook for anyone thinking about wanting to change their relationship with alcohol. 🍷」11月23日 5時28分
