New IGTV vid, who dis? We’re coming in hawwwttt (sweaty) today with a leg day drop set burnout.
A drop set is a form of workout finisher or burnout that is usually performed at the end of the session to fatigue your muscle. If you have found your results have plateaued it might be time to change up your workouts and try adding a drop set to your next leg day sesh!

Not only are drop sets efficient and a great way to add a little razzle dazzle (official terminology) to your training sessions but the progressive decrease in weigh matched with the overall increased volume can potentially lead to better results when compared to standard straight sets.
Today we’re doing a goblet squat drop set. Each set drops by 5kg as the reps increase, give it a try and prepare to sweat and achieve a serious booty burn! TAG YOUR BESTIE and give this leg day drop set a try!

SET 2: 15kg, 12 reps
