Hi hey hello and welcome to the LEVEL UP series. The level up series focuses on exercise variations/options from beginner to advance. I share workout videos daily and I know that some exercises may not be suitable for everyone and others may want more of a challenge. Everyone’s fitness journey is different and we are all at different levels, with different experience and different goals so I wanted to provide variations for particular exercises to offer beginner, intermediate and advanced exercise options. Each week I will share a level up series focusing on different exercises to help you get started and level up! I hope you enjoy this series and find it helpful! 1️⃣ Advanced: V-Sit Bicycle Crunches
- The V-Sit hold element of this exercise tests your balance whilst strengthening your core. The rotation of the bicycle crunch adds an extra coordination challenge and targets your obliques. Perform this exercise with a slow and controlled movement, keeping your core engaged.

2️⃣ Intermediate: V-Sit Bicycle
- This exercise combines a V-sit hold with the lower body bicycle movement to strengthen your core and improve balance and coordination. Perform this exercise with a slow and controlled movement, keeping your core engaged.

3️⃣ Beginner: Bicycle Crunches
- This exercise targets the rectus abdominis and obliques so is great for toning your stomach. Make sure to keep your core engaged and try to touch your opposite elbow to the inside of your opposite knee. This exercise is performed faster than the more advanced V-Sit variations.
