Just so you know, we don't eat like that all the time... there are some quick meals we make on a regular basis. One quick light meal you can make that will actually keep you full is bruschetta:⁣ ⁣ 1️⃣ It's as simple as getting some bread and brushing on some olive oil and crushed garlic on top⁣ 2️⃣ Put it in the oven for about 10 minutes (160C/320F)⁣ 3️⃣ Finish it with your favourite toppings – I love fresh tomato, basil and mozzarella⁣ 4️⃣ If you want some extra protein, you could always add a side of sauteed chicken⁣ ⁣ What are your favourite bruschetta toppings?
