This workout is for building strength across your whole back. For the ladies who are confused by the last exercise, “YTW” is called that because they’re the shapes your arms make during the exercise (think of the song “YMCA” 😂). All you need are dumbbells - LET’S DO THIS!
✅ Bent-Over Row (neutral) - 12 reps
✅ Bent-Over Reverse Fly - 15 reps
✅ Renegade Row - 16 reps (8 each side)
✅ YTW - 15 reps
Set a time and try to complete as many laps as you can in 7 minutes!
