@alexia_clark are your bands flat? Your site is out of stock every time I want to purchase so I picked some up, but the lightest resistance band is almost square and rolls every time I try to do these. Do you have any tips (aside from purchasing your bands)?

Yes!!! I have been doing a lot of core to counterbalance all my other exercises, but this hits all the right spots in my hips that I haven’t been able to work well otherwise! My hips are on 🔥!
