Through fitness I have built strength and definition, increasing the size of my arms, back, chest and legs as I gained muscle mass. Through nutrition I have balanced my vegan lifestyle to stay slim and reduce bodyfat - maintaining a slim figure my entire life. And through surgery I have gained the womanly curves that Mother Nature would never have given to me.
