Crisps, vegan chocolates, huge roast dinners, whole tubs of soy ice cream and doubling every portion at meal times with snack inbetween whilst doing no exercise other than walking and I’m still pretty similar size wise to how I look when I eat clean and lift heavy everyday! It goes to show that “cheat days” won’t wreck your progress and it’s nothing to feel bad about if you have a treat here and there but keep your everyday healthy.
